I decided this December to be active to prevent the Christmas podge - so the month has started well, teaching at Fitness First on yesterday & then at Next Generation today, keep this up and I’ll be able to eat the whole turkey on Christmas Day!!

Philip spent the evening commenting on how old the waitress appeared to have got since he last saw her about 4 months ago!
